We’re a small shop, but we work hard to get your merch out fast! Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday usually ship within three to five business days -- PEAK TIMES LIKE CHRISTMAS, VALENTINE'S & FATHER'S DAY CAN AFFECT TURNAROUND.

Packages are shipped via USPS. Once a package ships, you'll automatically receive an email from us with the tracking information!

Our return policy is simple, just the way you want it: we want you to love the music merch you ordered. But in case what you got is a little too small or the style just isn't "you", we'll send you a new size, color or style, or quickly issue you a refund.

Simply fill out this form and include it in your return package within a month of your purchase. Please return any apparel unwashed. If possible, please return the packing slip it came with!

We recommend shipping via USPS. For most single shirts, shipping is around $2. As a service to you, we will ship your replacement back "on us" -- free of charge.

YES! Not only is Bluescentric Brand merchandise officially licensed where applicable, but because we care about the music, every sale of Bluescentric’s exclusive Officially Licensed merch is paid directly to the artist’s estate.

Always be sure your artist merch is OFFICIALLY LICENSED! The people selling you the shirt may be stealing from the artists. There are a number of fly-by-night bootleggers, especially online, who use artist names and faces to make money by quickly turning over cheap knockoff shirts or anonymously using third-party vendors such as TeeSpring. No royalty is paid to the artist for these shirts, and in almost any case, customer service is non-existent. Bootlegs hurt artists and hurt customers who love music. And we think that’s not cool.

Oh, we have your size. All classic unisex tees are available up to 5XL in black! Ladies styles are available up to 2XL whenever available. Hoodies and outerwear are generally available up to 2XL.

All regular solid color tees are 100% cotton unless the product page specifically says otherwise. Any heather colors (usually with flecks of grey) will contain some degree of polyester. Not all tees are available in heather colors. Ladies tees, please see individual product page for most accurate information on blends.

Tees are preshrunk and do not generally shrink in the wash.

Our tees are very standard fit; we rarely have returns for non-fitting sizes -- but you can rest assured we can happily exchange your size if it doesn't fit! Just see our Return Policy. Most shirt sizes and dimensions are given below the pictures on any apparel product page for easy reference.

Because we want to keep the impact on the stage not the landfill, 95% of all paper used at Bluescentric is recycled. ♻ Recycle your instruments, shipping packages and papers!

If your order came in a white tear-proof bag, those are ♻ 2,♻ 4,♻ 5 commonly recyclable polyolefin. Every other shipping package and packing material used at Bluescentric is paper-based and post-consumer recycled. Which means every package shipped from Bluescentric is 100% recyclable! (Hint, hint)

Every t-shirt you see on our website describes its product dimensions and brand. All of our apparel is stocked right in our Missouri shop from a local Kansas City warehouse, and every t-shirt model that we carry is carefully hand-selected and tested by our staff for the right blend of quality and comfort. Bluescentric Brand brings you only the best apparel that we’d wear and use ourselves.

Favorite T-Shirts
Favorite t-shirts are extra soft, quality “vintage” style tees by Bella/Canvas, weighing in at a light-weight 4.2 ounces. Any solid color is 100% cotton. Any heather color (usually having grey flecks) has at least some degree of polyester -- generally 48-50%.

Classic T-Shirts
Bluescentric Brand classic tees proudly use a quality Gildan t-shirt, one of the most popular tees in the world, and one our customers have continuously loved and asked for. This tee is 5.3 ounces, not uncomfortably heavy, but certainly not light. Tees are pre-shrunk, and all solid colors are 100% cotton. Any heather color (usually having grey flecks) including grey, are 50% poly.

Hoodies
Pullover Hoodies are Hanes 90% cotton, high-stitch density fabric with 100% cotton face. The hoodie is jersey-lined two-ply hood with dyed-to-match drawstrings, flexible cuffs and relaxed waistband.

Ladies Tees
We release different ladies styles through the year, so product pages the most reliable information on its apparel materials. Ladies tees are generally Canvas or Bella/Anvil, a high-quality, semi-fitted cut specifically made for women. Sizes and dimensions are available in each t-shirt description!
