It was London in 1973, and two former members of the band Free, Simon Kirke and Paul Rodgers, joined with Mick Ralphs and Boz Burrell to form Bad Company. Bad Co's self-titled debut album went straight to top five, just like their 1975 follow-up Straight Shooter, and Run With The Pack after it.
