The “b-b-b-baby” stutter in the 1974 classic Bachman–Turner Overdrive song “You Ain’t Seen Nothing Yet” was originally intended as a private joke, and only added to the record to fill out the time.

American jazz saxophonist Sidney Bechet spent a year in jail for dueling on the streets of Paris and accidentally shooting an innocent bystander. The duel was over whether or not Bechet was in tune.
