Bluescentric.com ships orders through the United States Postal Service (USPS) Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
Properly completed orders placed Monday through Thursday usually ship within three to five business days — PEAK TIMES LIKE CHRISTMAS & FATHER’S DAY CAN AFFECT TURNAROUND.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day. Weekend orders include Friday after 2:00 PM EST.
Please note! USPS Ground & USPS Priority shipping dates are not guaranteed. Faster shipping options are provided to you as a courtesy. Shipping costs are straight USPS pricing, and Bluescentric makes no profit on shipping of merchandise. We have no control over the United States Postal Service, and do not provide refunds for delivery outside of the USPS Priority® guidelines.
Unless you select an Overnight shipping option, your order will usually ship in 2 to 5 business days.
Music loving humans do see your shipping selection & order time, and we make every effort to ship Priority & Express orders as immediately as possible! The wide majority of packages arrive within the suggested time frame, though some shipping & supply issues fall outside of our control.
Shipping is in business days because the USPS & most major carriers have pickup and delivery restrictions on Saturdays & Sundays.
If you have a date you are hoping to get this before, feel free to include it in the Special Instructions below, but we can only ship as fast as the shipping method you select.

ORDER TRACKING
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with the tracking information once your order has been shipped. Registered customers may log in to your account to view your order status. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated.
CHANGING YOUR ORDER
Please review your order for accuracy prior to submitting. If you need to make a change to your shipping address once your order has been processed, please contact Bluescentric’s Stage Crew and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
OVERSIZED ITEMS
Additional shipping charges may be added to the shipping cost for each oversized item added to your cart. This amount will be indicated in the product details and will also appear at checkout.

The actual ship date depends on several factors, including final approval from the credit card company or receipt of payment. We make every effort to ship your merchandise in a timely manner.
Bluescentric.com cannot control the status of your shipment after it leaves our warehouse, such as USPS delays, severe weather or other circumstances.
International Shipping

*UNFORTUNATELY, WE CANNOT SHIP TO INDIA. Any orders made to India will be cancelled.

TRACKING ORDERS
Bluescentric provides shipment confirmation once your order has shipped. Tracking information is not regularly available for orders in all countries once the package has left the United States.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT METHODS
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, and Bluescentric.com gift certificates. Payment is made in U.S. Dollars only. Any currency exchange is done automatically at your local rate. Bluescentric has no control over exchange or currency conversion rates.
CUSTOMS
By ordering from Bluescentric and requesting shipping to an address outside of the United States, buyer is responsible for paying any local customs charges, fees, duties and/or taxes. Bluescentric has no control over, or information about, any local customs or taxes. Please check with your local customs office for more information.
In rare and unusual instances and for unknown reasons, local customs offices can delay package’s ship times. In these instances, customs makes no attempt to contact either the buyer or seller. Bluescentric has no control over these situations.
OVERSIZED ORDERS
On certain oversized orders, additional shipping charges which are indicated in the product description may be added to the shipping cost.
