After Grateful Dead percussionists Bill Kreutzmann and Phil Lesh invented a special drumset while recording the soundtrack to “APOCALYPSE NOW”, they integrated the set into The Grateful Dead’s live show.

In the late 1930’s, jazz great Duke Ellington invited aspiring songwriter Billy Strayhorn to “TAKE A TRAIN” to visit him in Harlem — the phrase became the title of one of the best known jazz pieces ever.
