Description

** THIS IS A CLEARANCE T-SHIRT! **

This means it is extremely low stock, and when they are gone they are gone! All sales are final -- NO RETURNS. The shirt itself will be free from any defects, holes or issues. We place shirts on clearance when the shirt is still in wonderful sellable condition, but we just have an extra or two. Maybe we overprinted, or occasionally print a test tee, maybe we're discontinuing the design, etc.

These shirts are not compatible with coupons.

This is a Bluescentric Brand official David Bowie Long Sleeve T-Shirt, available in sizes from Small up to 5XL! This is a pre-shrunk 100% heavy cotton (athletic heather 99%) 6 oz long sleeve tee. Double-needle sleeve and bottom hem.

Authentic David Bowie. Every sale directly benefits the estate of the iconic artist & performer.

From Bowie's 1973 album Hunky Dory, the hit single "Life on Mars?" was tongue-in-cheek parody of Frank Sinatra's "My Way".

David Bowie's timeless avant-garde anthem "Life on Mars" captures a sort of disillusionment with society, and a quest for personal identity. The album Hunky Dory was a follow up to 1970's The Man Who Sold The World, Bowie's first real success. It was a smoother approach than the hard rock of World, which scared his label into poorly promoting the release. It wasn't until Bowie's next album, the smash hit Ziggy Stardust, that Hunky Dory gained the attention and recognition that it deserved.
