Description
Paramount Records "Got The Blues" Hooded Jacket.

In the winter of 1926, Paramount Records brought Blind Lemon Jefferson to Chicago to record "Got The Blues", the B-Side to "Long Lonesome Blues". Later that year, it was released on a 10 inch 78 RPM Shellac and was a sizable success.

Though the record label closed in 1932, Paramount Records captured many of the greatest early blues music of the 20th century including Ma Rainey, Blind Lemon Jefferson, Charley Patton and others.

Though they boasted their sound came from a secretive "New York Laboratory", almost everything was recorded at the Wisconsin Chair Company in Grafton, Wisconsin. It was rumored that when the label went out of business, employees threw some of the master recordings into the nearby river.

Bluescentric blues music hoodies are printed on quality Hanes 90% cotton, 10% poly high-density cotton jersey-lined pullover with dye-matched drawstring. This pullover comes in any color you want, as long as it's black. Sizes run true.
