This is a Purple Rain limited edition picture disc vinyl LP pressing of Prince's smash hit.

 Purple Rain was the sixth studio album by Prince, and the first to feature The Revolution, his new backing band. The first two singles from Purple Rain, "When Doves Cry" and "Let's Go Crazy", topped the US singles charts and were international hits, while "Purple Rain" shot to #2 on the Billboard Hot 100.

The album was certified thirteen-times platinum (diamond) by the RIAA.
