In a surprise move, The Rolling Stones showed up to Chicago’s Checkerboard Lounge on Nov 22, 1981 to jam with their idol, Muddy Waters, with Buddy Guy backing. Fortunately, the concert was caught in film & later released.

Waylon Jennings released this now-classic song in August of 1975. It was part homage to Hank Williams and part critique of how the Nashville music industry treaded on artists and their creativity. It was one of many things that solidified Jennings as the master of Outlaw Country. This shirt reads "Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way" with a Waylon Jennings logo.
