Sly and the Family Stone failed to show up for a performance in London, so a completely unknown band called YES filled in, which catapulted the new band on a path to super-stardom.

Waylon Jennings released this now-classic song in August of 1975. It was part homage to Hank Williams and part critique of how the Nashville music industry treaded on artists and their creativity. It was one of many things that solidified Jennings as the master of Outlaw Country. This shirt reads "Are You Sure Hank Done It This Way" with a Waylon Jennings logo.
