This Bluescentric Brand Bluebird Records t-shirt is available in premium lightweight 4.2oz vintage style sizes up to 4XL. Solid colors are 100% combed, ringspun cotton. Athletic Heather is 90% cotton. All other Heather colors are 52% cotton, 48% poly. Sizes run true. These t shirts are lighter and slightly more fitted compared to the Classic Gildan tees.
Established in 1932, Bluebird Records was notable for recording Chicago Blues musicians. Notable blues musicians made up Bluebird's house band, which backed many records, including Big Bill Broonzy, Roosevelt Sykes, Washboard Sam, and Sonny Boy Williamson.
Bluebird eventually folded after World War II, leaving a legacy of capturing extraordinary music from the 1930s and 1940s.
