Catalog number "KCS 9825" printed on cover front, spine, back, and labels.

In runouts: main matrix strings are etched on side A of all variants (except 5) and stamped on side B. The "o" is stamped. Additional letters/numbers are etched.
Pressed by [l376197], identified by the etched "Ƨ" in the deadwax.
Plated by Columbia's own [l586613] facility, identified by the "o" stamped in the deadwax.
