The name of Jimmy Page & Robert Plant’s 1998 album “Walking Into Clarksdale” was an homage to the significance of Clarksdale, Mississippi’s outsized impact on American music.

Chance Records was founded in 1950, and became a pivotal Chicago record label. Specializing in the booming Jazz, Blues and Pop that was dominating the airwaves, Chance captured John Lee Hooker, Jimmy Reed, and many others.

Eventually, Chance shuttered to make way for Vee-Jay Records, which brought a little band called The Beatles to America.

The Chance Records design is printed on BOTH SIDES of this premium 11 ounce Bluescentric Brand ceramic music coffee mug. It is dishwasher and microwave safe.
