The runouts seem to indicate a pressing on February 14th, 1968.
The lightly etched identifier 'ARC' shows a mirrored letter 'C', with
a definite opening on the left. The pressing ring is indeed of an
exact measure 69.5 millimeter, thus consolidating pressing plant.
