The official Monterey Pop Festival raglan baseball shirt comes in comfortable, lightweight 4oz 91/9 poly/ringspun cotton sizes up to 2XL.

Held in 1967, the Monterey International Pop Music Festival hosted famed performances by Janis Joplin, Otis Redding, The Grateful Dead, The Butterfield Blues Band, Booker T and the MGs, that made many acts household names almost overnight.

It was The Who's first U.S. performance, so Pete Townshend smashed his guitar in a famous finale. It was also Jimi Hendrix's American debut. Not to be outdone by Townshend, Hendrix set fire to his guitar "as a sacrifice" at the end of his performance.
