Ritchie Valens wrote “La Bamba” at just 16 years old, and died four months later at 17 in a plane crash with The Big Bopper & Buddy Holly in “the day the music died”.

This t-shirt design takes inspiration from the legendary aircraft flown by Charles Lindbergh in 1927, named in honor of the city that helped make the flight possible. Today it’s become shorthand for St. Louis grit, ambition, and independence — and this design is proudly made in Missouri.
