Released July 1, 1968, Music from Big Pink was The Band's acclaimed debut album. After backing Bob Dylan on his 1966 tour, the musicians rented a house in Woodstock, New York known as "Big Pink" for its pink siding. There the group, frequently including Dylan, found its voice with songs like The Weight, Tears of Rage and I Shall Be Released.
Three tracks were penned or co-written by Dylan, who also contributed a painting to the front cover.
This limited edition Bluescentric Brand Music from Big Pink t-shirt comes in classic heavy 100% preshrunk cotton sizes S-5XL. Heather colors are 50/50. Sizes run very true, and have minimal, if any, shrinking. This is a standard go-to t shirt.
