record looks and plays great, faint crackle but music overpowers. banana sticker has small tears on the top and bottom parts and has slight discoloring but is still intact. sleeve has small splits on the top and bottom seams, nicks on the spine, pinhole on the bottom right corner of sleeve, small stains, handwriting in pen on the gatefold. inside gatefold looks great. ultrasonic cleaned.

Notes:

- German second release in imported US sleeve and with the inscription 'MGM Records - A division of Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer Inc.' on labels. There is [url=https://www.discogs.com/release/3103472]a similar German pressing[/url] with the slightly different rim text acknowledgement "... a division of Loew's Incorporated".
- Issued in gatefold sleeve with peeled banana on the front and airbrushed Emerson 'torso' image on the back.
- Sleeve has the US catalog number V6-5008 (may be hidden by a sticker on the back), labels have the German catalog number 710 004.
- Runout inscriptions are stamped. The following runout inscriptions found in deadwax are overstamped with X's: 'V6-5008 SIDE-1 MGS 558 REV' (side A) and 'V6-5008 SIDE-2 MGS 559 REV' (side B). This part of runout inscriptions is not transcribed in matrix no's variants, but is there. Some characters are rotated by 90°, e.g. variant 2, side A/B: "C"/"D". "Ⓟ" on both sides is mirrored, e.g. appears as ꟼ inside the circle. A so-called [Ankh Symbol], also known as "block-shaped S", "sailor's cap", or "blocky S" is [l1151813]'s stamp.
