Released in 1979, Pink Floyd's iconic album THE WALL dances through themes of war, human connection, isolation -- and freudian mother issues. The album produced a stream of iconic hits including "Another Brick In The Wall", "Mother", and "Comfortably Numb", as well as a larger than life tour, and a critically acclaimed movie of the same name. 

The album was further enshrined by an elaborate and now-legendary live tour, full of captivating stage theatrics and prog rock greatness. The film adaptation of "The Wall," directed by Alan Parker, was released three years later, and added yet more new depth and story, as well as a visually noteworthy interpretation of the album's themes -- playing with live action, animation, and thematic arcs.
