Johnny Paycheck once broke a mining company during a tense picketting union standoff, by waltzing out among the strikers, unannounced, and singing his hit song “Take This Job & Shove It”.

When The Rolling Stones’ Brian Jones died at 27 years old, The Who’s Pete Townshend and The Doors’ Jim Morrison each published poems about him, and Jimi Hendrix dedicated a song to him on TV. Hendrix & Morrison would both soon join the 27 club, with Morrison dying exactly 2 years to-the-day after Jones.
