The “Ledbetter Heights” neighborhood in Shreveport, Louisiana was named after musician Huddie “Lead Belly” Ledbetter, who used to play music in it’s dance halls & bars.

Barry Manilow wrote the jingles for State Farm & Band-Aid, “Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there” & “I am stuck on Band-Aid, ’cause Band-Aid’s stuck on me!”
