Full Circle! In 1968, David Bowie wrote English lyrics for a French song called “”Comme d’habitude”, which the French rejected because Bowie was an unknown. Songwriter Paul Anka soon re-wrote the song, and Frank Sinatra released it as “My Way”. In turn, Bowie re-re-wrote the lyrics in 1970 as “Life On Mars?” and had his own huge hit.

Miles Davis’ wife Frances was featured on the cover of his 1961 album ‘Someday My Prince Will Come’ — named after the 1937 Walt Disney movie “Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs”.
