B.B. King’s famous “Live in Cook County Jail” was aptly recorded in Cook County Jail, Chicago, Illinois on September 10, 1970.

The band REO Speedwagon was named after a 1915-era truck called the REO Speed Wagon. The truck pronounced it like a word “reeoh”, while the band spelled it out.
