Before recording a single track of Dark Side of the Moon, Pink Floyd went on their legendary 1972-73 DSOM tour, in order to play & refine their new songs before committing them to tape.

The Led Zeppelin song “Houses of the Holy”, is on the band’s 1975 album ‘Physical Graffiti’, and NOT their 1973 album ‘Houses of the Holy’.

The Rolling Stones’ sax player Bobby Keys, Outlaw Country legend Waylon Jennings, and Rock & Roll originator Buddy Holly all lived in the same neighborhood in Lubbock, Texas & were friends before each was famous. Jennings & Keys both played with Holly’s backing band The Crickets (though Keys did after Holly’s death).
