Frank Sinatra did not write almost all of his songs, only credited with co-writing a handful of songs mostly early in his career.

There was no deeper meaning behind the name of Bob Dylan’s 1966 album “Blonde on Blonde”, and in fact, nobody present during the recording session can recall the exact origin of the phrase. Dylan claims he didn’t originate it.
