John Lee Hooker was born in (abouts) 1917 in the extremely tiny, rural town of Tutwiler, Mississippi — coincidentally the very same town where W.C. Handy first heard & documented a man singing what he called “the blues” in 1903.

Until 2000, Sharon Osbourne was the manager of Smashing Pumpkins — but resigned “due to medical reasons…Billy Corgan was making me sick”.
