When Little Walter dropped out of the 1967 “Super Blues Band” recording session, he was replaced with Howlin Wolf — which of course meant a name upgrade to “The SUPER Super Blues Band”.

ZZ Top was once sued by the co-songwriter of John Lee Hooker’s famous “Boogie Chillun” (much to Hooker’s dismay), who claimed “La Grange” sounded too similar. The courts disagreed.
