Blues guitar legend Buddy Guy once got the President of the United States Barack Obama to sing blues standard “Sweet Home Chicago”

This extra comfortable sweatshirt is 8.5oz 80/20 cotton/polyester blend, with 100% cotton face (20 singles face yarn). It features a 1x1 ribbing at collar, cuffs and waistband, a tear-away label, and split stitch double needle sewing on all seams. The fit is very standard.

This t-shirt design features a photo of blues guitar great Blind Willie McTell with a twelve string guitar in a hotel room in Atlanta, Georgia.

Taken in November of 1940, McTell would have been 42 years old. Interestingly, the photo was taken by Ruby Lomax, the wife of great musicologist Alan Lomax. The photo now resides in the Library of Congress for posterity.

Blurry and dramatic, posing with an unusual guitar and obscured face, McTell fittingly resembles a ghost in this photo.

To accentuate this, the photo has been sepia toned, and the light version of the shirt design prints only the black from the photo, while the dark prints only the light. The text in the bottom says "Blind Willie McTell."
