The Rolling Stones famously got started because Keith Richards spotted Mick Jagger at a train station holding Muddy Waters and Chuck Berry records, which intrigued the young guitarist.

Pink Floyd’s original lineup was Syd Barrett, Roger Waters, Richard Wright, and Nick Mason. Classmate David Gilmour joined the group in ’67 to help cover for (and eventually replace) Barrett.
