All three paintings commissioned for the covers of Genesis’ albums “Tresspass”, “Foxtrot” and “Nursery Cryme” were stolen when Virgin Records bought out Charisma, and have never been recovered.

The Grateful Dead’s skull/lightning logo, the iconic dancing bears, and even the band’s legendary “WALL OF SOUND” speaker system were all contributed by Owsley “Bear” Stanley, a chemist who was originally the band’s LSD dealer.
